The 3ft 14 AWG Computer Power Extension Cord heavy-duty (14 AWG) wire gauge is more than sufficient for handling higher power loads, making it a reliable solution for connecting larger servers to PDUs (Power Distribution Units). This cable is commonly used to connect a monitor to a computer's power supply output. This free up a wall outlet and allows you to turn off both the monitor and CPU with one switch. It may also be used as an extension to increase the length of an existing standard power cable. To wok as an extension, the female connector plugs directly into the device while the male connector plugs into another standard power cord (plug into C13) to extend the length of your power cord for more flexibility.
