Excellent product. Exceptional customer service

Had an issue installing the driver on MacOS. Used the "CHAT LIVE," support functionality on the website, and was immediately connected to a service representative. Within minutes the unit was working exceptionally. Thank you Nathan! As far as the unit, the picture is clear and the connection seems very stable (no glitches, blackouts etc.) Very pleased with this product and StarTech thus far.

Works Great Windows 10

I always buy Startech and have for 10+ years two reasons, they have "THE BEST" support and their products like this work. I have a Windows 10 Seventh General Processor with two 27 Inch monitors direct connected and a 17 inch with the Startech.
