I thought I was receiving 100 mini cupcake liners for $4.95. Instead I received 10. I requested a refund from the seller and was told I would have to ship the product back, at my expense. I was offered $2.00 as a refund. The ad on the Walmart site is definitely misleading, and the seller admitted that. "Maybe our advertisements or pictures mislead you. We will revise it as soon as possible."
