I have compared this to Pepto Bismol, they are both basically the same. This really does work great. It helps with upset stomach, diarrhea and more. I have been using this, from WalMart for close to 8 years. I won't change. It is also less expensive than the name brand. It has also helped with my ulcers, when I was out of my medication for my ulcers.

I use this and it works just as well as the brand name. I very graciously gave it a 4 star for taste, I really hate the taste but I hate all of them, brand name, generic, cvs brand whatever. I just don't like whatever is in it. But it works and I have frequent heart burn so I am glad it is not so pricey.
