Nice Light with Less Power Consumption.

These lights are adaptable to any required installation options. I chose to remove the ballasts and wire at both ends. Right now I have them set to 3500K but may try 4000

Fine, but learn about it first

These tubes are fine and you can install them different ways. But make sure to LEARN FIRST. Just plugging in LED tubes won't solve a problem that is in the fixture or ballast, and won't save much energy either. The best way to use the LEDs is to disconnect the ballast first -- but you have to know how, and to be safe around wiring. Learn, then buy.
