Cheap not worth the money

Basket pops off very easy, I had to add big washers to keep it secure. Then the seat fell off, the little tack (weld) that was holding it on broke. We ordered this bike through our Walmart app and it was delivered, so when it broke I placed a claim on it to have it replaced or refunded. Now it's two weeks later from the claim and no one has reached out, in fact the bike order is completely deleted from our order/purchase history.
