• Heat or freeze the inner herbal packs and soles according to the following instructions depending on preferred application-For Heat Therapy Heat the inner herbal packs and flexible soles in the microwave for 40 seconds
• If the packs are not warm enough, heat for another 10 seconds
• Insert the packs and flexible soles into the designated compartment in the slippers, close the zippers and enjoy- To reuse after application, reheat for 15 seconds
• Do not overheat the product-For Cold Therapy Place the inner herbal packs and flexible soles in a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours
