They Definitely Cook Evenly and Without Anything Sticking to the bottom or sides of the cookware. You'll Only Need a Washcloth to Clean them NO Scouring Pads Needed. Great candy making pot- very strong!

I make a lot of candy that would burn at the amount of time it needs to boil so I have found this particular pan works very well for my candy making ! The last time I purchased this pot it lasted for 7 yrs of abuse from my method of cooking! This is a very long time for the use I need it for! It would last a lot longer if I only used it to prepare regular food, such as rice and all other types of cooking!

Expensive but worth every penny!

I am a huge fan of calphalon cookware. I love the ease of not having to scrub. My husband used the 4 qt sauce pot so much that the coating started peeling off. Even though the coating started peeling off it still did not allow any food to stick to it. I wanted to replace the pot if and when the non-stick coating no longer worked. These pots and pans were the best investment. We've have them for over 15 years.
