Just buy this. If you're looking for a good Hair, Skin, and Nails supplement, this is the one. I've only been taking it for roughly a week, and at first I wasn't sure if it was doing much. With that said, I haven't changed anything else about my routine but woke up this morning with the most glowy skin I've ever had. I did a double take because it looked like I was wearing lotion. My skin is soft and the little nagging bumps that I had on the back of my arm are almost completely gone-- for the first time in years. I actually bought this supplement because of postpartum hair loss-- of the other products on the market that I read the reviews on, this was the only one that had a review saying that it had helped someone with hair regrowth from pp hair loss. The only thing that I initially didn't like was that you're supposed to take it twice a day with a meal, and I tend to take all my supplements at the same time once a day. I remedied this by splitting up my other supplements so that I would remember to take this twice (ADHD for you lol). It's relatively inexpensive, hasn't had any adverse effects, and like I said, has left my skin looking and feeling amazing. I'm not sure yet on the hair growth as again it's only been a week, but even if it doesn't have that much of an effect on that, it's still well worth it!
