Local History as a source of knowledge (Paperback)

The work deals with an interesting and necessary subject related to the teaching of Cuban History and in particular with Local History. Chapter I deals with the theoretical references that support the deepening of knowledge of Local History in teachers in training. It also deals with the historical background of Cuban History and the insertion in it of the content of Local History; as well as the theoretical foundations that support the content of Local History in National History and refers to the methodological preparation of the teacher in training in the strengthening of the knowledge of Local History in Primary Education. Chapter II deals with the characterization of the initial state of the teachers in training in the knowledge of Local History; it addresses the foundations of the methodological actions aimed at deepening the contents of Local History and critically assesses the implementation of methodological actions.
