Outdoor Products will replace for any reason-free of charge-any defect in our product. Whether you bought it in 1984 or yesterday, our Plain + Simple Lifetime Guarantee still applies and we will happily send you a new one. Our guarantee applies when the product has been used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions. General wear and tear, normal fading, and accidental damage is not covered by the warranty.Outdoor Products, at its sole discretion, will replace with a product currently available of comparable value and comparable function or issue a credit voucher for an amount not to exceed the retail replacement value of the defective item, applicable sales tax (if any), and shipping charges.
