It's a scam. Don't fall for it.
The unit did not work upon arrival. The warranty is supposed to be one year, but VEVOR is the worst. I have been trying to get in contact with them for two weeks and they keep ignoring my ticket. They said they have a "special walmart order department that will handle my issue directly." I have not heard from a single person. I contact them every day via chatline because they do not have a number to call. So far, I have 5 tickets open and they promise to respond within 3 business days. This does not happen. No one has yet to even give me troubleshooting information or any technical information on the unit whatsoever.
