Doesn't fit any Kleenex in USA

It is not a size our Kleenex comes in. It is too short to fit a regular Kleenex, it isn't for table countertop use it mounts on the wall. It is horrible shape and won't fit any Kleenex we have in America. The picture shows regular long bow but that is not true.
