This frame is gorgeous and I highly recommend it for quality and appearance. I rated it one star because I was made to pay the delivery fee that was described by me as a customs/brokerage/tariff fee that was three times the cost of the frame. In order to receive the "free delivery" item I had to pay it. This fee was NEVER disclosed at the time of the order. If I was aware of this fee I would never have placed the order. I am still waiting to see if Walmart reimburses me for this. I will never buy anything from Wallmart online because of this. Heads up everyone.
