Melissa & Doug Wooden Magnets – Animals

My toddler has been loving this Melissa & Doug Wooden Animal Magnets Set. She already loves all animals so I thought this was a cute set. The animal designs are very happy and brightly colored. All magnets work great and they seem to be made well so very durable to last. I like the cute box it comes with .Simple but useful because we can keep them together and organized. We have a whiteboard with a magnet side. So I decided we could try out some fun learning activities with these Animal Magnets. You can start with simple instructions such as can you find an animal that says " moo", then simply place on the board. I can also write the word "moo" then ask my kid to find the magnet it matches to. These are definitely a useful learning activity for toddlers that are learning to write and help with fine motor skills. These animals are almost exact match to Melissa and Doug's reusable sticker activity books. So it is an easily remembered, cheerful design. The sizes seem to be perfect. Great for at home or to bring on the go. Highly recommended and it is a very good value.
