You will need to request a returns authorization before shipping the item to us. Important: All items shipped to us without a returns authorization will not be accepted and will be returned back to sender. Upon receiving a returns authorization, you will be responsible to ship the item back to us at your cost. The replacement will be shipped to you at our cost. All returned items are subject to inspection to verify whether the item is a manufacturing defect. We will not honor the return should the item show normal wear and tear.
