DIY Lip Gloss Moisturizing Transparent Lip Glossy Hydrating and Moisturizing Oil, Vitamin E and Shea Butter Lip Gloss Non GMO, Vegan Sulfate Free

Instructions:
1. Put the right amount of lip gloss base cream in the plastic bag
2. Add appropriate amount of powdered pigment
3. Add 1 g olive oil
4. Add 1-2 drops of fragrance according to personal preference
5. Add vitamins and capsules
