Using these for weight gain after a recent hospitalization %26 some health issues that caused me to lose a lot of weight. They taste great, they’re so good that I literally crave them. I have one or two per day, ontop of my smaller meals %26 so far I have gained about 20lbs within the last few months! These combined with an appetite stimulant I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to gain some weight or keep your weight stable!

I haven't drinking ensure plus for a good minute to help me gain and maintain my weight and it does work if you take it like you supposed to I took it with three meals a day afternoon snack in the evening snack and I’m still taking it today and drink about two a day now I like the taste it is not to chalky and It’s not to thick. The Butter Pecan is the bomb. I love it.
