The Ensure Plus strawberry is a very good nutrition shake. It helps me with maintaining my weight. It helps with my appetite. Tastes very very good and I would recommend it to anybody. You can mix them you can make smoothies you put in the fruits you can try a lot of things but it's a great drink.
