Transforming X Coffee and Dining Table in Light Wood Finish

Very solid and well designed table. Difficult to remove from packaging with tiny white foam bits flying everywhere, but table was undamaged. Super heavy table. Instruction was not very clear on what the large black plastic screw-in handle was for, or how to install it. It basically prevents your coffee table from going too low to the point where the lock mechanism couldn't support the weight of the table. If you fold the black handle in half, it allows the table to collapse down to its lowest height. Table top is durable, I've put some hot dishes and cups on it with no noticeable effects. It also doesn't scratch very easily. Great value for the price I purchased it for.
