Excellent fillet knife, Dexter Russell knives, for the money are excellent. Sure you can spend a fortune on knives, buying the big name brands, but these knives get the job done and then some. This is a very good quailty knife as are all Dexter Russell equipment, at a price that won't put you in the hole before open the doors for business.
