The Woman in the Window / The Stranger (DVD)

This two pack dvd was a steal, since I was looking for The Woman in the Window for awhile. Everywhere I found it online it was kind of expensive so I was pretty pumped when I saw this price. And it had an additional movie, The Stranger, which I had seen before and thought was pretty good. However, please be aware for film noir snobs, The Woman in the Window is in color. Part of the appeal of the movie is the black and white. There was nothing in the description of this movie on Walmart's website that this had been colorized. Also, the dvd case shows no indication that this movie is colorized. In fact, the back of the dvd lists both movies as being black and white. I now assume this is the reason why this was so cheap. I thought to get my money back ($4.95, really??!!), but the actual story line of this movie and having it on hand is worth the $2.50 (half of the dvd two pack). The quality of both of these movies seemed fine. I didn't notice any distractions while viewing.
