Many Pros, One Con

The ordering process was simple and I was glad to learn that Walmart delivers tires. I had them delivered to my local tire shop. The only con to my ordering process is that Walmart sent multiple messages to me, stating my order had been delivered, when in fact, it had not. It was delivered the following day, but the confusion it caused was a bit frustrating. The customer service can only tell you that the order was delivered. There should be some confirmation method, used to confirm that orders have been actually delivered, ie, accepting signature and or picture taken. Other than that, all was great. The tires look good, sold for a decent price, and were what I ordered. So far, so good.
