Great product great customer service

Our Thule has handled everything from frigid temps on a skiing trip, to 60 mph cross winds, to rain and hail, and our gear never got wet! Highly recommend this product. Inner hinges "seemed" to be the only concern when we first used it, but product has worked flawlessly with no breaks or even worn out parts!
