they sent me the wrong trike and i asked what i could do to fix the mistake they said they would increase the warranty for one year and they were just a third partry vender and they cannot replace the item because of the shipping cost and they dont have the right trike in stock any more so i have a 26 inch trike instead of a 24 inch tirke thats to large for the intended person to safely operate because the trike is to large. I lose a sale becausebthey won't fix the problem. Not happy
