Dickies Mens 11" Relaxed Fit, Triple-Stitched Lightweight Duck Carpenter Shorts

Even wearing them everyday and for work I'm not hard on clothes so they last me years, especially if they are quality to start with. Probably 10 years ago, maybe longer, I bought a few pairs of the Dickies Painter shorts. Now I'd been wearing them already when I bought this last batch but I was getting tired of the White pants which showed dirt practically as soon as they were put on so I tried my hand at dying some of them. I ended up dying all but one pair to have a good white pair for dressing up. Well after all these years I was down to two pair that were still serviceable but getting a bit on the thin side. I checked the online selections and found some colored styles and bought four pair. Two pair of the Indigo Utility shorts and two pair of the brown Relaxed Duck shorts. These are good shorts with minor a couple minor exceptions. * First is the pocket openings are too tight for a mans hands to easily get in and out of. ** Second issue is they seem to run smaller than the Painter style. *** Third is the length is too long for my taste. In the past, I've have had the wife cut them down about one to two inches depending on the particular style of shorts. I ended up passing them on to my son in law as he's like how they were. I'll try and reorder a size larger perhaps.

I purchased carpenter shorts and previous ordered T-shirt. Both are durable, comfortable, appear to be well constructed. Neither items shrunk when washed. I had some concerns when reading other reviews, but my order came true to size and I am very satisfied. Good value.
