I have been working in these exact carpenter shorts for many years. About this time each year I order one in every color and am good till the next year. They never fail and they really do not break down. Only reason I have to replace them is I get paint, tree sap, grease etc on them after a while. You will not be disappointed with these.

11" Relaxed Fit Lightweight Duck Carpenter Short

I ordered these online because they were available in my size, 34 waist. I ordered one each color for a total of five pairs. Shipping and delivery were prompt, no problem there. The first pair that I tried on I could hardly squeeze into. So out of the five pair I was able to pull two pair on with no problem. The brown and light brown pair. The other three colors I could hardly fit into. I had a pair of the light brown carpenter shorts that were a heavier duck and that I had bought at a local store so long ago that I do not remember when. They lasted until this year, too many holes. I will call customer service and see about trading in the other three pair that do not fit me.
