Everyone needs iron in their diets
After being turned away for blood donation, the American Red Cross said it was for low iron in my blood. So I bought Spring Valley Slow-Release Iron General Health and Wellness Dietary Supplement Tablets. I was surprised at how much better I felt. I wasn't so tired all the time anymore. After menopause, my doctor told me I didn't need to take iron, that I'd get enough from eating meat and root vegetables. Well, she was wrong! Iron is constipating and you don't need a lot but it has made a world of difference in my life.
