4K screen, GTX 1060 and I7-7700HQ Goodness!

Picked this up at $999 and love the deal I got! 4K screen, GTX 1060 and I7-7700HQ. Some on the boards say the GPU is gimped being a mobile version but really it's 10% or less plus I ran FurMark and the GPU stayed cool the whole run! Ran Prime95 and this laptop passed with flying colors. Expect 4-5 hours if putting some work to it. I don't game but I hear really pushing it gets you 2-3 hours gaming. I kept looking for a better deal in the $1000 range while my 15 day return window ticked by and could find NOTHING that came close especially with the beautiful 4K screen. Even with a 3 year drop and spill and tax it came in under the Costco member price. Plus I used my Costco CitiBank card which extend the manufacturer warranty by an extra 2 years, even buying from Walmart! Plus like I mentioned I have the 3 year drop and spill. Would recommend this even at the current market price point of $1200!

Satisfied

I've had this laptop since last year on black Friday, it has been wonderful. I'm satisfied. I'm buying a desktop this year, just because it's the only way i figured i can upgrade my gaming experience, but if you want a portable computer, this laptop is more than enough, and will allow you to play most of the games if not all ( so far I've been playing everything that i want to play). It gets 5 stars from me.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I was looking forward to a brand new lap top because I am staring to do a lot of cad work from home. ! had this laptop for 4 days and then it would not boot. Very disappointed.
