It is soft came with the 3 peices. I would go a size up, I have a full bed and I got a queen and it is still one inch smaller but it works perfectly for my bed either way. The pillowcases are a little see-through, they are a less than of inch to small for my thick pillows but that's my pillow. Other than that indk recommend getting theses
