Manufacturing issue and wrong parts replaced
The footboard had a manufacturing flaw: the screw holes were not the same on both sides making it impossible to lay the bed flat. The side screw holes should be the same on both sides. When we requested a replacement footboard we received another headboard? The bed is still unusable without the correct parts.
