The Massive Audio GTX Series 8 In. Subwoofer can gobble up to 800 watts! Its 4 layer, dual 4 ohm high temperature black anodized voice coils are 2 in. and surrounded by powerful double stacked 90 oz. strontium ferrite magnets. This GTX84 sub uses tight red stitching that's sewn through a UV treated non-pressed paper cone onto a EROM foam surround. Then it's bonded to a heavy gauge steel basket that's bolted to the strontium ferrite magnets with a 10 mm top plate. Then everything dances on a springy poly cotton spider with high powered woven tinsel leads that connect to spring loaded 5-way binding nickel plated speaker connectors. This woofer screams sound quality and truly represents Massive Audio's commitment to value and performance.
