The necklace came very quick and was exactly like the picture showed. I bought this 3 days after my 18 son passed away for his ashes to be close to my heart at all times . I had to wait almost 2 months before I was able to have the funeral home put ashes in it for me but once I did I wore it one day and then I accidentally dropped it on the floor and it broke well it broke where I couldn't get the ashes out . I debated on contacting the seller because it had been so long since I bought it but I did anyways and they did not hesitate or ask any questions except to see a picture of how it broke . I was worried because I couldn't get his ashes out and I didn't want to return it with them in there . The seller didn't even mention returning the necklace they immediately said they replaced it and sent a new one out . I only asked for a discount on a new one but they did more they went way over anything they actually had to . I really appreciated their trust in me and for doing what's right .
