Installation of moen 82310srn

Only complaint so far is 1" gap between base of handle and face of escutcheon. I secured valve in wall cavity so that printed face of plaster ground was flush with face of wall tile as illustrated for thick wall installation.

Sprinklers

I wish I had read reviews before buying this. Looks pretty that's why I gave it two stars but it spits water out of the faucet instead of flowing and the shower head sprays while trying to run bath water. So disappointing!! Do not recommend!!

The issues you describe could be related and are likely related to the installation. If when running water out of the tub spout you also have water coming out of the showerhead is a condition referred to as “stacking”. This condition can best be described as the water leaving the tub spout is not able to get out of the spout fast enough that the water begins to back-up behind the wall. The only place for the water to back-up is up the shower pipe and out the showerhead.
