The Impact of Smart Capital on Company Performance (Paperback)

Company performance is determined by future development. The difference between the market value of the enterprise and the book value has become a topic of concern to all walks of life. This study uses the 2011-2017 China Taiwan e-commerce industry data to conduct an exploratory analysis of this topic. At present, generally accepted accounting principles cannot timely display intangible intelligent capital in financial statements, resulting in a decline in the timeliness of corporate earnings information, further making the financial statement users unable to fully understand the value of the enterprise, and even the consequences of underestimating the value of the enterprise.Therefore, previous studies have suggested to explore the difference between the company's value and the net value.
