I am 82 years old so I grew up using a very similar product. over the years I ended up using vacuum cleaners of various kinds and while they had great pickup in most cases they required hauling them out and plugging them in and then after using them having to unplug them and roll up the wire and put them away again. a pain in the neck. as time has gone by using the vacuum cleaner especially has been more difficult for me. So I remembered this wonderful kind of sweeper. I read the reviews on this one and was surprised to hear some people say they were not pleased with the way it picked up or that it was not worth the money! I almost didn't get it! but I know how well these things work so I ordered it and I love it and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. it is not a vacuum cleaner, it does not have suction, if people expect it to function like a vacuum cleaner they're going to be disappointed. it does very well what it's supposed to do! I am very pleased with it and I would highly recommend it. I have three cats who shed and that requires sweeping more frequently. this product handles this situation very well. also, some people said that the handle doesn't stay screwed on... well if you put them on in the right order they do. there is nothing wrong with this product. again I emphasize it does very well but it was made to do.

It’s small and cute, but I didn’t have big expectations for its usefulness. It isn’t the best on hardwood floors, but on area rugs and thick bedroom carpet it did an amazing job! I’m stunned at how much dirt and hair it picked up!

I grew up with a larger version of this a long time ago. This floor sweeper is so easy to use for quick clean-ups at the end of a busy day! There's no cord to trip over, and very easy to maneuver due to the swivel handle. Emptying the device is nearly effortless! Highly recommended for anyone to ease the daily grind of house chores! The size was kind of surprising as it is rather small, but it certainly makes up for it with actually working like a charm for quick and easy cleaning an both my rugs, and my hard flooring! I've found that it's size is better than the old-school cumbersome ones of the past. It's so light-weight, yet very sturdy. 5/5 stars all day!
