This product really works against the common cold. I start taking it at the first sign of a cold, which is usually one or two sneezes out of nowhere, and continue taking it every 3 to 4 hours around the clock until symptoms are gone. When I begin a regiment of this product, plus Zicam gummies or Zicam melts and Airborne every four hours I'm usually able to completely knock out a cold in 24-36 hours before I get fully sick. I continue using these three products for about the next 24 hours or so after symptoms are gone. By following this protocol, I have not had a full on bad cold for years.
