Poor craftsmanship and quality control

I was expecting the craftmanship of the displayed photo but, that's not what I received. The crossing bands opposite of the diamonds are misshaped and appear extremely weak and frail. The diamonds are not flush and look bunched towards the center of the ring, unlike the online photo. This was a ring design my wife had been wanting for her 40th birthday. Sadly, I had to purchase the same design from a different jeweler. I'm still trying to return the ring for a full credit. I even bought the 3 year protection plan. Fingers crossed!
