Affordable, easy to transport and durable

We've been using Tahiti K-79s for years. We have had good luck with them for the kayaking we do with is mainly recreational. They are comfortable and you can't sink them. With an optional skeg, they track very well. (recommended). You won't be wasting your money.

Affordable and long lasting

I've had my boat for about 25 years and as long as you dry it off and pack it away as I have done it looks like it's brand new. It's gone from Maine to Florida in both salt and fresh water. Both my wife and I have had a lot of fun using it

Must buy a Skeg.

My wife and I tried this on a local lake, no current no other traffic. We went in circles more than we went straight. Donuts in a kayak on calm water is not a lot of fun. We Purchased the optional skeg for this kayak. We can now go straight and make turns and actually feel like we have some control of the boat. We have an electric pump to inflate the kayak. After learning how the boston valves work it only takes about ten minutes to inflate the boat and be ready to go. It is a little too light to handle heavy traffic or waves. Great for open water and river paddling
