Well made and includes adapters
I was impressed with the quality , however I am not able to get the old pedals off. I highly recommend doing that BEFORE ordering new pedals.

Poor design for stressed part
These pedals are "universal", meaning that they are threaded 1/2" and come with some little adaptors to be used with 9/16" threaded cranks. This addition adds 1/2" to the length of the pedal and increases the stress on the pedal shaft and the end of the crank arms. If you are a larger person and stand up on the pedals you stand a chance of breaking the pedal adaptor or the end of the crank arm and subsequently crashing. If the pedal shaft breaks, the hardened end of the shaft could cut you badly on the calf. You can use these pedals on bicycles for little kids (1/2" pedal thread) but if you are putting these on an adult's bicycle bite the bullet and get pedals threaded 9/16" thread to start with. I do NOT recommend these pedals for adults at all!
