My experience

I can tell you that this helps me feel full I eat less than I normally use to. I take it with 5G of Creatine Power, and one day a frozen banana, then next day frozen blueberries, also add Tbsp Cacao powder with 2 to 2 and 1/2 cups of Milk blended into smoothie. I pour milk into blender don't really worry about exact amount that's why it is between 2 and 2 and 1/2 cups. I don't have a sweet tooth so fine with its taste, but you could add some Honey if needed. Honey is healthier than sugar unless your diabetic then sugar is sugar.

What a great product. : )

I usually mix it into plain yogurt and the taste is entirely unnoticeable (and it mixes well); my yogurt is delicious as always. I also tasted it as straight powder and mixed into plain water just to review it. The taste seems very nondescript to me even in plain water, which is perfect! Adding it into a flavored drink or yogurt, etc., makes it completely disappear taste-wise. I also like to drink it in milk or chocolate milk. I get a $ 5. coupon for writing this review [ big happy smile : ) ] but these are completely my thoughts. I bought it without knowing I might get a coupon for reviewing it and was truly so grateful to find a product like this. It seems like great quality and is Easy to use. I was going to write a review in a few days anyway. : ) I am starting out with little bits on a spoon (maybe 1/4 - 1/2 tsp). There's no reason to overdo while my digestive system adjusts. I have had absolutely no uncomfortable stomach reaction. I have had good bathroom results. I will Slowly take more, a bit at a time. I am taking it a couple of times a day, especially before my largest meal of the day. ... p.s. the container is pretty on the counter too (just a fringe benefit, but helpful since I use it a couple of times a day and like to leave the container on the counter. Wrestling with little sacks of resistant starch or finding jars to put them in is a bother that gets in the way of just taking it. I am much more consistent using this.) I Highly recommend this and I plan to order it regularly!! Good luck to all of you. I think this product in particular, the banana and pea together, is worth you trying if you are pondering resistant starch. Another p.s. it says 16 servings (of 30 grams per serving) but at the rate I am using it, it will last a nice long time. 30 grams is 6 tsps or just over 2 Tablespoons. I will eventually get there, but slowly. : )
