I bought this for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. I purchased it early to ensure I had enough money. I paid $80 something plus the $10 warranty. When I received the box, it was the wrong watch. I called Walmart.com and reported it. They said to order the correct watch and not to worry about returning it because I wasn't charged for it. I verified this again with them, kept the watch as is and ordered the correct watch. And the watch had a price drop so now it was only $49. During this time I I was charged for the original order. Called Walmart.com and asked about my refund. Their reply was that they never received the wrong watch back. Knew this would come up. I have it right here and was wondering when someone would ask for it. I received a special return request from FedEx and returned the item. I waited for my refund. Should be around $97. Nope. I got refunded for the second order I placed. Called Walmart.com 4-5 times; explaining the situation every time. I was told each time that they fully understood what had happened and would make sure I received my refund. The last man I spoke with was with tech support and was given to me in secrecy. He would take care of the situation personally and I should see the correction in 5-7 business days. Well his 5-7 business days are a lot different from mine became that conversation took place in January. It still hasn't been corrected and probably never will. They can't help me in the store. I'm going to try one more time and ask for a manager. I think this is it for me.
