UCO Stormproof matches are the industry standard in emergency firestarters, and thanks to Walmart, they are available at an unheard-of good price. Impressive matches - well packaged, each boxes matches are wrapped in a small plastic envelope, and has 3 spare striker strips. The box also has a striker strip on each side as most boxed matches do. When struck, the head fizzle's oddly a moment then the phosphor shaft ignites - with a vengeance, and cannot be blown out, as long as there is phosphor to burn - once it's consumed %26 it's just wood, then it can be blown out. Stinks, woof!!!! Did the test lighting outside. I suggest not using them indoors, ever. Regular matches are fine for indoors. Good to have, I've had many a normal match blown out before it had any chance to reach, much less catch the tinder for an outdoor fire - these solve that little issue.
