How to keep gel pads sticky!
You need to rub a little water into gel pad to keep it sticky. I rub water until dissolves and sometimes I do this more than once before I cover the gel pad with plastic sheet that it was stuck on. I've had mine for and used it for years. I've replaced pad only once.

Works as advertised.
Works as advertised. I found that the small pad could be used 5 to 10 times. The replacement pads are expensive and you have to buy one large and one small, when I only use the small ones. Nice to have the remote control, but I find the smaller non-remote ones work better for me as I wear them under my clothes.

I liked the way It helped my back but the sticky pads were worthless. I used it once and they never stuck again. There is no way you could use them up to 50 times each. And there very expensive to replace.
