1. Wrap the air neck traction device around the neck, valves to the left, adjust the shape/position of the inflatable layer, then close with the strap. First-time users should place it in front of a mirror.
2. Make sure the rubber pads are in the correct position. Tighten the inflation/deflation valves of the inflator before manual pumping.
3. Manual pump until the correct traction angle and correct amount of stretch/release as required by the comfort or doctors is achieved. If necessary, adjust the left and right sides separately. Once comfort and symptom relief is achieved, the adjustment is complete. When the peak pressure is reached, close the ball valves.
4. The device can be used 2-3 times a day for a maximum of 20-30 minutes each time (but the main traction is merely 1-3 minutes).
5. After use, open the ball valves and gradually loosen the air valves, so that the air is slowly discharged. Do not press the device.
6. Start with light and medium traction with gentle movements, merely 1-2 times a day, and continue with heavy traction when comfortable. Typically, a cure cycle is 10-20 days. It can be used at your own convenience while watching TV, working on the computer, reading, traveling, reclining or relaxing, etc.
