Be careful, it rusts

Make sure to keep this covered. It says all over the description that this item is rust resistant. It has been rained on 2 times abs the inside of it is filled with rust and water. I had to dump and drain it but not before it stained my brand new pavers. Keep in mind I've only had this 3 weeks. I don't see it holding up well.
