My child is young, and its easy for them to zip it up and down on their own. The seems are well sewn. We love that it has pockets. The sizing is accurate on the website. I ordered a small and my child is a size 5/6. Theres a bit of room to grow. The hood actually covers my childs head, which is great! The hood stays on securely when the jacket is zipped up.
