The ornaments are photo etched out of a solid sheet of brass. Then layer by layer, each color is screen printed one by one on top of each other and are then lacquered several times. Each item is bent or twisted into the final shape by hand to add depth to the designs, making them two dimensional.

This very involved and technical process takes 2 to 3 days to complete depending on the design.
Made from a .3mm thin brass so it can be intricately detailed and is lightweight for hanging. It is hand twisted slightly to give a two dimensional look when on your Christmas tree.
