Like Warm Milk Before Bed
Okay, I have never had warm milk before bed (yuck), but if I did, and if warm milk makes you feel calm, nurtured, and ready to fall asleep, then this is just like that! I'm new to essential oils, and bought a bunch of oils, all from different companies just so that I could compare their quality, scent, blends, etc. So... now I have hundreds of dollars of oils that sit in my nightstand drawer because I only use this one. It has the perfect combination of peppermint, two different types of lavender (love!) and basil. The scent is perfection.
