Item was dusty, dirty and possibly contaminated

DO NOT ORDER. The package arrived torn and ripped and the bottles inside were dented and so dirty and dusty that they had to be cleaned. I tried to explain this to customer service but they did not care and told me to just bring it back. This level of customer service is unacceptable for the price of this item. For all I know the water is contaminated and dangerous to drink. I saw another similar review of this product on here as well. I would never purchase this here again.
